The laws of England and Wales shall govern any action related to these Terms and your use of the Online Mediums and Content. In any dispute between you and MiVoiceApp Ltd, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

In the event of any violations of these Terms, MiVoiceApp Ltd reserves the right to disable your access to the MiVoiceApp website, Online Mediums and Content and seek all remedies available by law and in equity.
